In preparation for our two-year anniversary I decided to make a couple of Marc's favorites tonight. For dinner we decided to switch around the plan so instead of having salmon we had sausage stew. Honestly this is one of my favorite new recipes. It's super simple to throw together using whatever you have on hand and it tastes delicious. Throw in some bread and a salad and you have a meal.
The other favorite in tonight's meal was dessert. We had a chocolate bundt cake with vanilla frosting. Nothing special, just chocolate cake out of a box baked in a bundt pan and covered in white frosting. Another super simple item to make and definitely a crowd pleaser.
