After last week's pesto pasta I decided that I couldn't let Marc get away with not having some. The last time he tried pesto was in the 90's, so the dietitian in me decided it was time for him to try it again. Tonight we are having bow tie pasta with pesto, grilled chicken and sun-dried tomatoes. I'm really looking forward to it and the large piece of garlic bread that will be right next to it.
