So, you see, last night when I said I had pesto pasta with garden fresh tomatoes, what I really meant is I had beans and rice. I guess I forgot that just because you write in your blog what you're having for dinner, doesn't mean the ingredients will magically appear in your kitchen. Like last night when I didn't have any pesto.
So tonight, on my way home from work, I stopped at the grocery store to get some pesto. Which means, tonight I will have the bow-tie pasta with pesto, garden fresh tomatoes and dots of Saint Andre cheese.
It was sublime.
