Today we had a bounty of cherry tomatoes from our plant on the deck. It took every thread of willpower I had not to take the tomatoes from the plant and put them straight into my mouth. But seeing as I am solo once again for dinner I decided it was worth it to save them and have them with some pasta this evening.
For dinner tonight I'll be having whole grain spaghetti with pesto and fresh tomatoes. I'll probably just dice the tomatoes in half, just to make them go a little further.
