Usually we're pretty good at making a meal plan for the week. We usually pick 4 meals for the week with the understanding that there will usually be a night of leftovers and one night eating out. Pasta shows up at least once during the week and then it's up to our own creativity to decide for the rest of the week. When we were walking on the beach this afternoon we realized that we really haven't had our normal routine in place for at least the last two months. Which is probably why there are so many restaurant nights showing up on this blog so far. So this week we are going to try our best to get back on the wagon.
The Tentative Plan:
- Sunday: ziti with vodka sauce, garlic bread and salad
- Monday:grilled salmon, rice pilaf and steamed broccoli
- Tuesday: grilled Italian sausage, peppers and onions on rolls
- Wednesday: Stir fry chicken and veggies over rice noodles
- Thursday: leftovers
- Friday: eating out
As for tonight, we're having leftover Thai food from last night. I think we might also have that for dinner tomorrow night given the amount that's still in the fridge.
