Leftovers

In preparation for our weekend away, tonight we had another tapas/leftovers night. We split the leftover sausage stew, stir fry and roast potatoes. I have to say, although each dish is unique and tasty on its own, they actually worked really well together too. I just wish we had more roast potatoes. Yum!
