Tonight's dinner was a quick bite to eat at the San Jose Airport. Up until a few days ago I had no idea that there was a new terminal at the San Jose Airport. Luckily my mom mentioned it to me before I deplaned early Saturday morning. I have a feeling, had she not said anything, I would have freaked out that I was a the wrong airport.
Since the terminal only opened on June 30th a lot of the restaurants and amenities have yet to open. Luckily for me Una Mas was open and ready to go and I was able to grab a quick burrito before my flight. Nothing too exciting, just some grilled chicken, beans, rice, cilantro and salsa wrapped in a flour tortilla but it definitely hit the spot.
