You may not know this but my first word was more. It was after dinner and my mom always asked if I wanted anymore before she would turn around and put the dishes in the sink. I guess that night I was hungry. Funny that I turned out to be a dietitian.
Tonight, I just had more lentil soup for dinner. I guess my body knows that it's fall even if the weather outside isn't showing it. Bring on the soups!
