Wednesday is usually pasta night around here. And usually it is one of two options, pasta with vodka sauce or pasta with clam sauce. Tonight we went with Vodka Sauce. I have to admit Vodka Sauce is a lot easier to find on the east coast. Out here we can only find Emeril's Vodka Sauce. I keep meaning to try Rachel Ray's, "You Won't be Single for Long Vodka Sauce" but sometimes it's just easier to get it out of a jar.
Marc's preference is ziti, which means a large tube pasta in his book and then we usually add some homemade garlic bread. Tonight we used sourdough.
