Tapas night was originally introduced to me by my good friends John and Paige. You see it was their way to finish up all the small amounts of food left in their freezer. In our house it is usually a way to use up the leftovers we have accumulated during the week. I'm usually pretty good at taking leftovers for lunch but sometimes, we just have too many leftovers.
Tonight we have a little bit of orzo and the leftover half a can of corn, Indian food and naan, and some leftover turkey and provolone from sandwiches. I have to admit we did a good job of polishing it all off.
