With Marc away on a business trip tonight's meal is leftovers from last night. However, instead of putting it into a sandwich, I'm going to have the sausage stew with some brown rice. Mmm, mmm!
I also wanted to let you know that I am going to be MIA for a little while. There's some traveling to be done! But I promise, upon my return, I will post a little bit about what I have been eating. See you next week!
