Shred - Day 3

Push-ups are still hard

It seems as though we are whizzing through the daily workout. I don't know but I think that Jillian is speeding things up. I do have to admit though, that after 3 days, I am still unable to do the full amount of push-ups. She keeps talking about the people that are on day 6 or 8 and how easy things must feel for them now that they have built up their endurance. I keep looking around wondering where those people are.

Today's accomplishment was being able to do the squat and press all the way through without dropping my arms. Definite improvement there. Now if only my arms didn't still resemble twigs.
