Our new "neighbor" is more of a corporate renter. I met her today as she and the handyman were carrying her futon bed up the stairs. I figured it was best to wait until they had finished since it looked heavy and she was wearing heels. She didn't seem to want to chat much but I was able to find out it will either be her or her boss staying over. And that's all I got.
So much for a young fun friendly new neighbor.
