I had a call today from our landlord and it turns out the studio
apartment in our building, that has been empty since November, is
going to have a resident as of today. The only information I was able
to get out of our landlord is it's a girl and she won't be there that
often. Not sure why or what that means . . . but I guess we'll have to
find out! I just hope that she is friendly, doesn't use the water when
I am in the shower and isn't too noisy.
