There I was, sitting at the desk searching for 5k runs in San Diego. Then I heard it, the whimper of a siren. It wasn't the normal screaming siren but just a short burst here and there. Curiosity got the best of me so I looked out the window and waited.
Then I saw it, it was in fact a police car and it was escorting a fire truck down the street. The strange part was that they were driving so slow not your usual response to an emergency. And then I saw it . . .
Spiderman and Batman were both riding on top of the fire truck.
