So as not to show favoritism to one side or the other here's another piece of information I just received from one of my colleagues:
"It was great to see Obama mention RDs and preventative medicine. Mike Huckabee for the Republican ticket not only also mentioned preventative medicine (the same stat regarding amputations), but he wrote a book about weight loss (Quit Digging Your Grave with a Knife and Fork: A 12-Step Program to End Bad Habits and Begin a Healthy Lifestyle)."
