Allie's Hot Artichoke Dip

  • 1 can artichokes, slices
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl and pour into casserole dish. Bake at 350F until bubbly and brown. Serve with wheat thins, bread, or other whole grain crackers.

We had it on Thanksgiving as is traditional and it was wonderful but maybe I'm biased :-)
