Steak and Sausage Sandwich

Tonight Marc and I came up with a new idea. There are Philly cheese-steaks, there are sausage sandwiches, but why doesn't anyone ever combine the two? Well tonight, we did. We had steak, sausage, bell peppers, onion, and some aged provolone on a large sandwich roll. And let me tell you, it was tasty!

We simply sauteed the peppers and onions until they were soft, added some Worcestershire sauce and white wine for a little flavor. Once those were ready we added the precooked sausage and steak to warm them up. Toasted the rolls, added the provolone to the rolls so it melted and then added the filling. Mmm, mmm!
