- 2 tsp olive oil
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp chili powder (I might opt for a little less next time)
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp coriander
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp ground cayenne pepper (or chipotle chili powder if you're into that kind of thing)
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 tbsp cider vinegar
Combine garlic powder through cayenne pepper in a small glass or prep bowl and set aside. Rinse chicken breasts and pat dry. Coat with a thin layer of olive oil. Sprinkle rub over the top of the chicken, flip and repeat. Pour the honey into a small bowl and heat in the microwave, 20-30 seconds. Add the cider vinegar to the honey and mix well.
Grill chicken and baste with honey/cider mixture. Grill until cooked through, flipping at least once. Enjoy!
