I guess I fell out of my routine of doing Shred everyday. Between the trip up to LA and then the friends in town for a week, there just didn't seem to be enough time. This week I got back on the horse and completed a few more days of Level 1.
I am so proud that not only can I do 15 push-ups in a row, but I can also do the entire set of squat-and-press without stopping. Go me! I guess endurance really does build up. The goal is to do Level 1 for one more day and then go up to Level 2. Hopefully by the end of the weekend I'll be able to tell you about Level 2.
